Dr. Robert G. Lamounette has been a Chiropractic Physician for over 35 years. His career in healthcare began in Biomedical Research and Nuclear Medicine. Most notably as a research assistant in the study of cataracts and later as the Laboratory Supervisor for the Neural Tube Defect (NTD) laboratory. He supervised the design and development of the AFP test, which is administered to every pregnancy around the world for Spina Bifida, Anencephaly, Down's syndrome and several othercongenital spinal defects.
His interests in disorders of the spine lead to his becoming a Chiropractic Physician specializing in traumatic and congenital disorders of the spine. Dr. Lamounette ultimately developed Hyde Park Medical Center to provide multi-specialty treatment for spinal disorders. He specializes in the more difficult acute and chronic conditions most often caused by traumatic injuries frommotor vehicle accidents, work related injuries and sports injuries.
Becky has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field, primarily in management and insurance billing/collections.Becky began her career as a Medical Assistant and worked her way up to managerial positions, learning all aspects of the operation of healthcare facilities, both Medical and Chiropractic. She has worked at Hyde Park Medical Center for over 16 years and Dr. Lamounette considers her his "right arm" capable of performing any task required of her.
Tiffany is our physical therapist and has worked in the healthcare field for over eight years. She has a diverse background having graduated from Everest University with a degree in Medical Assisting. Since graduation, Tiffany has worked in Pediatrics, Family Practice and now in the Chiropractic field. Tiffany is well loved by our patients and her coworkers for her pleasant smiling manner and her sympathetic and effective care.
